Code of Conduct
Resolution 3840 of 2009
1st Article. With the intention of fighting against sexual exportation of kids and teenagers when traveling or during touristic activities, touristic services providers will adopt a code of conduct which must be observed by their legal representatives, directors, administrators, employees and contractors, linked to the touristic services offerings, with the purpose of making effective all the obligations on the 16th and 17th articles of Law 979 of 2001, likewise preventing all typed conducts on the article 19th article of the same law, therefore incorporate the following minimal control policies.

- • • De Paseo por Colombia says “No” to SEXUAL MARKETING AND COMERCIALIZATION OFKIDS AND TEENAGERS DURING TRIPS AND TOURISTIC ACTIVITIES, AND INVITES TO ITS DENUNCIATION.
- • • De Paseo por Colombia refrains from offering explicit or implicit, touristic plans that involve sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers.
- • De Paseo por Colombia refrains from offering explicit or implicit, touristic plans that involve sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers.
- • De Paseo por Colombia refrains from providing information to tourists, information about places where sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers can be witnessed.
- • De Paseo por Colombia protects local or foreign kids and teenagers from any kind of sexual exploitation and violence originated by tourists and foreigners.
- De Paseo por Colombia refrains from leading tourists, directly or indirectly, to places where sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers is performed.
- De Paseo por Colombia will not contribute to sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers by lending vehicles or touristic routes for these purposes.
- De Paseo por Colombia will always try to prevent kids and teenagers from entering to places, such as bars, hotels, and others, where sexual exploitation can be witnessed.
- De Paseo por Colombia adopts all the strategies in order to prevent that people related to the company offer touristic services that lead to sexual activities with kids and teenagers.
- De Paseo por Colombia will denounce against the Commerce, Industry and Tourism Minister, and all the organizations on top, to any company offering touristic services that by any means could lead to sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers.
- De Paseo por Colombia will denounce against the Commerce, Industry and Tourism Minister, and all the organizations on top, all they know about activities about sexual exploitation of kids and teenagers, as well as places related to this, and will always make sure they have channels that promote the denouncing of it against the organizations on top
- De Paseo po Colombia designs and shows to the interior of the company and its providers, policies in which the major motto is to prevent all kinds of kids and teenagers’ exploitation during trips and touristic activities.
- De Paseo por Colombia trains to all its staff about everything that is related to avoiding kids and teenagers’ sexual exploitation.
- De Paseo por Colombia will inform all its clients about the legal consequences that kids and teenagers’ sexual exploitation has.
- De Paseo por Colombia invites you to denounce any kind of kids and teenagers’ sexual exploitation. ICBF 018000112440, line 106 – National Police 112.
